Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ: FAQ

Do you have experience with pets other than cats and dogs?

Other than cats and dogs, I have experience caring for the following animals: fish, reptiles, birds, hamsters, and horses. No animal is too big or too small!

How long is a visit?

An average visit is around 30 minutes, however the length of a visit depends on the services provided, the number and type of animals being cared for, and any other visit extras added on.

Is Motley Mutts insured?

Yes! We are insured and bonded through Veracity Insurance Solutions and can provide proof upon request.

What if my pet has an emergency and requires medical attention?

If your pet has an emergency and/or requires medical attention we will immediately transport them to the veterinarian listed in your client profile. If your vet is not available, we will take your pet to the nearest emergency vet.

What does a visit entail?

What is included in a visit depends on the animal being cared for, but a standard dog visit includes the following: potty break, walk, food, water, playtime, and medication if requested.
